It encompasses Atma internal policies and procedures when it relates to the information we collect and use through our website and the platforms and applications we use for booking and client texting via mobile phones (Mindbody, Mindbody online booking (Frederick), Mindbody Messenger (BowTie), Waiver King, Ring Central and WhatsApp.

Atma Staff includes staff (employees or independent contractors). accessing the clients´ information stored at Mindbody and Ring Central on Atma´s behalf.

• Images you upload to the Mindbody Services

How We Collect Atma Client´s Information:
We collect information about you when you book appointments with us:
• Online: If you Book services online using Atma Mind Body Online Site https://hirefrederick.com/atma-beauty , or when you create an account on the Mindbody App or the Mindbody Consumer Site(s), we ask for Personal Information: your name, email, and phone number.
• Directly: If you Book services by calling or texting Atma phone numbers and Applications, we ask for Personal Information: your name, email, and phone number.
• As part of our cancellation policy, with which clients must agree, we ask for credit card information, via our waiver application powered by Mindbody.
How your Personal Information is Used by us:
We may use your Personal Information for the following business purposes:
• To create your personal account with us. On that account the following information is included: your future and past appointments, your purchase history, your signed waivers, your color formula, skin care alerts and notes and any information relevant to guaranteeing high levels of personalized services.
• We will send appointment confirmations (via text and or email according to your preference). We will also send appointment reminders, also according to your preference (text or email).
• We will send Promotions via email according to your preference. The Mindbody site only allows the clients themselves as end user to select texts as a means of sending promotions.
• We process your Personal Information based on your consent. That consent may be withdrawn by you at any time.
We do not sell your data.
Your choices:
You may Opt-in or Opt-out from receiving emails or texts from us via Mindbody.
• As user of the Mindbody App or the Mindbody Consumer Site(s): when you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails or text messages from us on a going-forward basis: you may opt-out of receiving these marketing-related emails/ text messages by changing your preferences in your account settings or following the unsubscribe prompts from within the messages (powered by Mindbody)
• We require our clients to opt-in for administrative, and transactional email and or text.
o Clients cannot opt-out from receiving those messages coming from Mindbody on our behalf. That includes appointment confirmations, cancellations, relevant Information for your appointment such as follow up on treatment, waivers, and our cancellation policy. That is for the business purpose of serving our clients efficiently and effectively.
- Minors: We request that minors do not provide Personal Information through our website or booking platforms and applications. We ask Parents/guardians to book our services on behalf of the minor.
- We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information. They are not necessary for our business purposes.
Reviews:
If you submit reviews to our services using Mindbody Services any Personal Information you include may be displayed in the Mindbody Services. There is a link on our website where the reviews are shared.
